CONNECTING DEVICE BETWEEN INSIDE LOCK BUTTON AND LOCK LEVER OF VEHICLE DOOR LATCH WITH DOUBLE ACTION MECHANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the crime preventing property of the connecting section from the inside lock button to the lock lever of a door latch equipped with a double action function. ;SOLUTION: Between the inside lock button 36 of a door of a vehicle and the lock lever 34 of a latch ass'y 1, a connecting mechanism 100 having a connecting spring 105 is interposed. The mechanism 100 is provided with an interlocking lever 49 which is integrally displaced with the lock lever 34, a button-side lever 102 which is integrally displaced with the inside lock button 36, and a connecting spring 105 which connects the interlocking lever 49 to the button-side lever 102. When the button-side lever 102 is turned in an unlocking direction, the connecting spring 105 is elastically displaced, but the interlocking lever 49 is not turned in the unlocking direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
