PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize no-man operation by automation of recovering an organic- solvent waste liquid, to prevent accidents caused by toxicity and intense heat, and to recycle an organic solvent. ;SOLUTION: The organic-solvent waste liquid from a working area 1 is charged into an oil/water separator 3 to separate oil. After the oil is accepted in a recovery tank 4, it is taken out to a waste solvent drum D and transverse- fed by a transverse feeder 5, and charged into a solvent regenerating device 6 by an inserting means 62. After the waste solvent drum D is covered with the cover by a cover closing means 63, the waste solvent is regenerated to be recovered.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
