PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material with elastic surface layer for permeable pavement by effectively utilizing the chips of the recycled molten slug, rubber and plastics produced when household and industrial wastes are incinerated. ;SOLUTION: This composite material with elastic surface layer for permeable pavement is provided by pouring material comprising rubber and plastic chips 100 pts.wt. ranging from 1.0 mm to 10.0 mm in particle diameter and thermosetting resin of 5 to 50 wt.% kneaded on the material comprising molten slug of 100 pts.wt. ranging from 1.0 mm to 10.0 mm in particle diameter and thermosetting resin of 5 to 50 wt.% and is added kneaded poured previously in a mold and heating and compressing them in the mold.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
