TASTE DATA MANAGING METHOD FOR DIGITAL BROADCASTING, DIGITAL BROADCAST RECEIVING DEVICE AND RECORDING MEDIUM OF PROGRAM FOR TASTE DATA MANAGEMENT IN DIGITAL BROADCASTING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capture the tastes of each viewer, taking into account not only of the selection of a program but also of the reaction of the viewer to contents, during data broadcasting in digital broadcasting.;SOLUTION: A conventional broadcast program and a data broadcasting are displayed simultaneously, and a button which can demonstrates the reaction of a viewer during data broadcasting is offered in the system. In this case, taste data indicating the tastes of the viewer are managed as the information of a genre, indicating the contents of the tastes and the level of interests being a numerical value indicating the level of interests in the genre. When there is a change in the viewing program of a conventional broadcast program, program view information indicating the trend of the viewing of the viewer is updated, and the taste data are updated by using the program viewing information. When any reaction is obtained from the viewer to the button during data broadcasting, the program viewing information accompanied by the reaction is updated, and the taste data are updated according to the reaction of the viewer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
