EVAPORATION PLATE FOR ICE-MAKING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporation plate which does not separately require a refrigerant pipe, and of which the refrigerant conductivity is excellent by providing an evaporation plate wherein an upper plate on which the channel for a refrigerant is provided, and a lower plate without the channel for the refrigerant are press-bonded and combined. SOLUTION: This evaporation plate for an ice-making machine is constituted in a manner to include an evaporation plate 160 wherein an upper plate 45 formed by providing a channel 60 for a refrigerant and a lower plate 55 without the channel for the refrigerant are press-bonded and combined. In this case, for the upper plate 45, the channel 60 is provided so that the refrigerant may flow, and a contact area for the refrigerant is expanded by forming the channel 60 into a zigzag form. Also, the lower plate 55 is formed into a flat plate, and the surface is used to freeze an objective article. Therefore, the lower plate 55 is constituted by attaching a cell plate to the surface of the flat plate, which directly comes into contact with the refrigerant. By this constitution, the usage of a pipe, which is a medium to make a low temperature and low pressure refrigerant liquid flow, can be eliminated. In the meantime, since the upper plate 45, on which various kinds of refrigerant channels are formed, and the flat plate 55 being combined with the upper plate 45 are heat-press-bonded and combined, the conductivity of the refrigerant is increased.
