PURPOSE: To reduce the power consumption by suppressing the generation of a rush current when a voltage level is switched. ;CONSTITUTION: Power sources Y and Z which output plural voltages Vy and Vz differing in level are switched; when the power sources are switched, switches SW1 and SW2 in a 1st switch means group disconnect the load connected to the output terminal 5 of a voltage output circuit and a switch SW3 in a 2nd switch means grounds the output terminal 5 to which the load is connected to GND.
