PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capture a partial high speed territorial sea illegal invasion boat and to assure a nation and safety of national life and property not to allow a leakage of defense secret information out of the nation by another country secret agent due to no attack breakage of the invasion board by heavy weapons without anything except a boat stop means for stopping the invasion board by a stop command in the capturing means of the invasion board and without means for capturing if the boat has a speed faster than that of a patrol boat. ;SOLUTION: A high speed territorial sea illegal invasion boat is captured by using a strategy of covering the boat with the capturing wire net comprising a means for decelerating a speed of the invasion board by utilizing a resistance of a fluid and a means for winding and locking ropes at a screw becoming a propulsion force to eliminate its speed and capturing the invasion boat by an aircraft in the air such as a helicopter or the like.
