PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device for optical irradiation that can make uniform irradiation of light beams to an object to be irradiated and eliminates the need for a special space on the underside of the object to be irradiated and also provide a optical irradiation type reaction apparatus, based on the light-emitting device.;SOLUTION: A surface emitter 3 emitting light beams in a planar form is connected to an optical cable 2 extended from a light source 1, and the surface emitter is mounted on a magnetic stirrer 4. Mounting a reaction tank 5 of which the lower surface is transparent on the surface emitter 3 allows the surface emitter 3 to uniformly irradiate a reactant 7 with the light beams, which makes a stirring blade 8 rotate by the magnetic stirrer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
