PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a laminar film from forming in the vicinity of a permeable membrane.;SOLUTION: An apparatus 10 is formed with a space by a pair of impermeable support plates 16 and a pair of spacer members 12 so as to arrange the pair of the impermeable support plates 16 at specified intervals. Permeable membranes are placed in this space and the impermeable support plates 16 are provided with an outlet 15 which connects the space with the outside and makes a filtrate passing through the permeable membranes flow to the outside. In the space storing the object to be filtered, an agitation body 20 is arranged, which is provided with an agitation shaft 22, a driving source vibrating the agitation shaft 22 and a plurality of agitation blades 24 attached to the agitation shaft 22. The agitation blades 24 are provided with cutouts 26 in a part thereof so that the object to be filtered can pass through between the agitation blades 24 and the inner wall of the spacer members 12, and between the agitation blades 24 and the permeable membranes 14.
