PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly viscous fluid injection apparatus and a highly viscous fluid injection method, which is not restricted by a size of a closed container into which a highly viscous fluid is injected and by a place where the closed container is connected, and which is capable of performing injection in a short time without dragging bubbles into the closed container. ;SOLUTION: The highly viscous fluid injection apparatus is composed of a fluid supply container 40 containing a highly viscous fluid, a pressurizing means 42 adapted to pressurize the highly viscous fluid in the fluid supply container 40, an injection nozzle 46 connected to the fluid supply container 40, a discharge head 3 connected between the injection nozzle 46 and a closed container 1 and constituting both of a discharge part 31 for discharging the highly viscous fluid and an exhaust part 32, which forms an exhaust path for gas in the closed container 1, with a double tube, an exhausting means 51 adapted to exhaust the gas in the closed container 1 through the exhaust part 32 of the discharge head 3, and a heating means 43 for raising a temperature of the highly viscous fluid contained in the fluid supply container 40.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
