PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of a user for management by providing linkage with working of data between systems having the different qualities of managed information. ;SOLUTION: Concerning this destination display method, rules for extracting destination information from schedule managing information are previously stored in a storage device 3, and a data processor 2 (4) refers to the schedule managing information while using information for specifying the user, selects a suitable schedule according to the said rules out of the referred schedule managing information, works it as destination information and displays it. Besides, rules for registration as schedule information are previously stored in the storage device as well by inputting the destination information in real time, the said destination information is referred to and the suitable destination according to the said rules is selected out of the referred destination information, worked as the schedule managing information and updated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
