BIOLOGICAL DEODORIZING DEVICE USING CERAMIC CARRIER FOR IMMOBILIZING MICROORGANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological deodorizing device using a ceramic carrier for immobilizing microorganisms, which is enhanced in washing effect on a reaction product by performing the replacement of holding water by water spraying. SOLUTION: This device has a filter bet part in the mid-way of a flow passage of raw gas in a reaction tower, and the filter bed part is constituted with plural carriers 11 for immobilizing the microorganisms, and the carriers 11 are composed of a ceramic material in which air gap is formed by plural communicative pores 12 and also the carriers 11 have 0.5-2 mm pore diameter of the communicative pores 12 and 400-500 kg/m3 water holding capacity.
