PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method foe plank plasticity fastening which permits bonding of steel materials easily by caulking and fastening a plurality of plank plates.;SOLUTION: By punching a hole 2 on the first steel plate (Fig.1 (a)) and setting up a tubular section 4 (Fig.1 (b)) through the burring process on the second steel plate 3 and combining the two steel plates 1, 3 and by pressing (via shaving process) with press fitting body 5, the internal circumferential face of the tubular section 4 is chipped off with edges of press fitting body 5 and concurrently the tubular section 4 forms plastic deformation so as to be pushed and extended to the outer side of the direction to the diameter (Fig.1 (c), (d)). Consequently, the planks, or the steel plates 1, 3 are caulked and fastened since the tubular section 4 is brought into press-contact with the internal circumferential face 2a of the hole 2 and caulked.
