PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip for detecting a polynucleotide which allows binding/ forming complementary chains for each probe at an optimal temperature.;SOLUTION: Chip 100-1 for detecting a polynucleotide has sections 101-104 which are fixed for each of different oligonucleotide probes, a heating circuit formed for each section, and a temperature-detecting circuit formed for each of section, wherein the heating circuit and the temperature-detecting circuit of each section are formed so as to be operated independently for each section. This allows binding/forming complementary chains at a temperature of a Tm value of binding of complementary chain binding of each probe, so that there is substantially no difference in the formation amount of binding of complementary chains and the mismatch probability caused by a Tm difference.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
