PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high chromium cast iron-based alloy having sufficient strength and abrasion wear resistance even in a high temperature oxidizing atmosphere and moreover having good oxidation resistance. ;SOLUTION: This high temperature wear resistant high chromium cast iron- based alloy has a composition containing, by weight, 2.2 to 5.0% carbon, 5.0 to 10.0% nickel, 2.0 to 5.0% molybdenum, 2.0 to 10.0% niobium and 35.0 to 42.0% chromium, and the balance iron with inevitable impurity components.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
