PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the quantity of work is much and retrieval errors frequently occur especially in the case of collecting information from a wide range since it is necessary to separately use programming for retrieving a specified phrase in a service for distributing information such as table of contents(TOC) of a magazine for pay. SOLUTION: The information such as TOC of a magazine is collected, specified phrases are retrieved and summarized and this summarized information is distributed to an individual or group by post, FAX or electronic mail. Since the TOC or index itself is not distributed but information after keyword retrieval is distributed, only the really required information can be selectively acquired.
