PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide the optimum equipment of utensil furniture and information facilities in an office based on the feature of a job working in the office and to conduct optimum layout on an office spec deciding device and an office layout generation device. ;SOLUTION: Feature information on the job of personnel working in the office is inputted or measured. A work style is judged based on feature information on the job (10), the content of basic equipment is made in detail by adjusting it to the job features based on information on the basic equipment on the judged work style and features information on the job, and equipment required in the office is decided (20).
