PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp a position of a pelvis during operation easily and visually, determine an angle of a socket accurately because a distance between a basic point and a positioner is short, and measure positional relation between acetabulum and femur three-dimensionally. SOLUTION: This device comprises an indicator for interspinal line to be assembled in substantially U-shape, a guide bar, and an outer cylinder parallel holder to be suspended on the guide bar. A pilot pin 19 whose one end is sharp and in which an A-P plate mounting groove 20 is provided at the other end thereof, a fixing device for the pilot pin 19, and an A-P plate 30 attached vertically on the pilot pin 19 are formed. A front twist angle plate latched on the A-P plate and an angle guide in contact with the front twist angle plate are formed. A body axis indicator 48 to be attached to the A-P plate in the lateral direction, a cup center measuring plate 45 to be attached to the body axis indicator 48 in the vertical direction, and a depth plate are formed. An angle display rotary shaft and an insertion cylinder are suspended in a lower end of the cup center measuring plate 45. These devices are assembled for use.
