PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary napkin suitable particularly in the night and improving in fitting and absorbing ability at the crotch. ;SOLUTION: This napkin has an absorbing element 10 for receiving humors through an usage plane and holding them in an internal absorber and a leakage preventive sheet 30 provided at the reverse side for preventing the leakage of humors from the absorbing element to the reverse side. An absorber 12 has a high-center portion 12A at the center in the cross direction throughout the length in the longitudinal direction, which is high at the side of the usage plane. Side embosses 50B, 50A, 50C extending close to both edges in the longitudinal direction of the absorber 12 are formed at both sides of the high-center portion 12A of the absorber 12. These embosses are tied at, at least, the front sides via a rear side crossing emboss 50D crossing the high-center portion 12A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
