PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the work process and the productivity by installing a large number of heads on a single support frame, unifying the driving control, and constituting a sewing machine so that pattern sewing and embroidery can be worked by a single sewing machine. SOLUTION: A large number of pattern sewing machines 201 for forming one seam by a needle thread and a bobbin thread by adopting a shuttle and a needle driven vertically to a sewing object are juxtaposed in an upper part of a support frame 200, and a sewing machine main shaft motor 203 for driving the respective sewing machines 201 by a single motive power source is arranged in a lower part of the support frame 200. Motive power transmitting means for convering rotary motion of the motor 203 into rotary shaft driving motion in the sewing machines 201 are arranged in rear end parts of the respective sewing machines 201. An embroidery frame for moving in both directions of the X axis and the Y axis is arranged on an upper surface of the support frame in which a sewing object is positioned. X, Y axis driving means to be moved in the X, Y axis direction simultaneously when moving the embroidery frame in the X, Y axis direction are arranged on the X, Y axis directional respective one sides of this embroidery frame.
