PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating a rough guide map by computer processing arranged to obtain a guide map only by inputting destination information at least, a computer-readable information recording medium with a stored computer program for executing this method, and a system for creating the rough guide map.;SOLUTION: In the method for creating the rough guide map by the rough guide map creation system, a starting point Bk is decided on the basis of the information on an original map data DB and inputted destination Gk, and a route from the starting point Bk up to the destination Gk is presumed and a presumed route P is decided based on the positional data of this starting point Bk and the destination Gk and the original map data of an area Fp including the starting point Bk and the destination Gk, and also information on a road Rj relating to the destination Gk, and the presumed route P, and a target Mj are extracted with priority and displayed.
