PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a using state display device capable of executing various using state displays relative to connection instruments of a microcomputer meter, and a microcomputer meter control device used therefor. ;SOLUTION: This microcomputer meter control device 4 for executing the operation control of connection instruments based on contact information inputted from contact instruments 3-1, connected to the connection instruments 2-1, connected to a microcomputer meter 1, is equipped with a contact information detection part 12 for detecting the contact information from the contact instruments 3-1, a circuit control part 13 for executing information transmission/reception control to a telephone device 5, a dial analysis part 14 for analyzing input information from the telephone device 5, a measurement control part 15 for measuring a using start time and a using time of the connection instruments 2-1, a memory part 16 for memorizing the using start time, the using time and a used quantity of the connection instruments 2-1, a CPU 19 for executing operation control of each part, and the like, and thereby the using time and the used quantity are displayed on a display part of the telephone device 5 at the time of input of display demand information from the telephone device 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
