PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales support system capable of providing article information and presenting a rough estimate in real time to a selling shop, which sells water-related equipment and peripheral living equipment, or client, who desires purchase.;SOLUTION: Concerning this sales support system for water-related equipment and peripheral living equipment, a data base previously storing various kinds of information on water-related equipment and peripheral living equipment in the toilet, bathroom or kitchen and various kinds of information an the installing construction of the equipment is used by the client or sales shop having a direct contact with the client through a communication line. Thus, the information on the installing construction of the water-related equipment and peripheral living equipment requested by the client is retrieved and the information on the installing construction of the water-related equipment and peripheral living equipment suited to the request of the client is provided by outputting proposal information and estimate information to the client on the basis of the retrieved result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
