PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit aging at a low cost, irrespective of the number of components to be tested. ;SOLUTION: This cassette 60 is constituted by arranging a plurality of sockets 70 in which heaters 71 and temperature controlling devices are assembled, in a matrix type on a pedestal 34 in which installing parts capable of installing components to be aged are formed. The cassette 60 installed on the sockets 70 is installed in a slot of aging equipment. Aging is individually conducted even in the case that the components to be aged are partially installed to the sockets 70 of the cassette 60.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
