PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an inspection on visual functions being accurate and safe to a subject to be inspected. SOLUTION: Six pieces of LEDs 15p and 16p as light emitting devices are spaced in a torus-like shape at equiangular intervals around optometry windows 13 and 14 to which the eyes to be inspected of the subject to be inspected are faced, and these LEDs 15p and 16p are covered with transparent torus-like covering members 15q and 16q made of an acrylic resin. In addition, on scattering sites 151s and 161s facing to the top parts of the LEDs 15p and 16p on the inner walls of channel parts 151r and 161r, fine cut processings for irregularly reflecting the light emitted from the LEDs 15p and 16p are applied.
