PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Ni-base or Fe-base austenitic alloy welding structure superior in intergranular corrosion resistivity and welding repair capability, its production method, component parts for reactor, a reactor, and a reactor power plant. SOLUTION: In this structure, Cr carbide is dispersed and formed intragranular or intergranular recrystal of austenite on the surface of welded structure consisting of Ni-base or Fe-base austenitic solid-solution strengthened alloy containing Cr of 13 to 25 wt.%. For this structure, C quantity is desired to be 0.15 wt.% or less. In the Cr carbide, the surface part precipitating dispersingly as grain or lump intragranular or intergranular recrystal of austenite is desired to have depth of 100 m or more.
