PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly remove a resin mask from a dielectric material substrate having the clear contour of the peripheral part of a conductive layer.;SOLUTION: A dielectric material substrate 1 is formed with a thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer and the surface area, on which a conductive layer 4 of the predetermined pattern, among the surface of this dielectric material substrate is exposes and the other surface area is covered (A). Moreover, a resin mask is formed with a material of weak phase solubility to this dielectric base material (B). Therefore, when the resin mask 2 is to be removed (E) from the dielectric base material 1 after the entire surface of the resin mask and dielectric base material 1 are roughed 3 and the catalyst 31 is added (C, D), this resin mask can be removed easily and finally the conductive layer 4 of the predetermined pattern is formed with the electroless plating on the surface of the dielectric base material 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
