PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutritive analeptic and a nutritive analeptic drink containing tea extract components, as an active ingredient, which has been identified through zealous study on the relation between tea extraction components and nutritive analeptic effects, and can express excellent nutritive analeptic effect. ;SOLUTION: A nutritive analeptic and a nutritive analeptic drink contain a mixed component consisting of caffeine, theanine and arginine, which are tea extraction components, as active ingredients. The taking of the nutritive analeptic or the nutritive analeptic drink confirmingly not only accelerates the recovery of TCA cycle and the recovery of fatigue after exercise, but also the production of components which makes a person active, and it enables the prevention and recovery of physical fatigue and psychological fatigue (e.g. stress).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
