PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an efficacious agent and food or feed all for the prophylaxis of cancer and obtained by using Grifola frondosa as a raw material which is provided to improve immunologic potency and also all having prophylactic action on carcinogenesis. SOLUTION: Cancer prophylaxis can be accomplished by ingesting a cancer prophylaxis agent and cancer prophylaxis foods or feed which contain Grifola frondosa extract and/or dried Grifola frondosa powder.
