PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition excellent in draw-down resistance, etc., and giving a product excellent in mechanical properties such as folding resistance and impact resistance by mixing a linear ethylene/α-olefin copolymer having specified physical property values with an ethylene (co)polymer obtained by a radical polymerization process in a specified ratio. ;SOLUTION: This composition comprises 80-20 wt.% linear ethylene/α-olefin copolymer having a density (d) of 0.86-0.94, a melt flow rate (MFR) of 0.05-30, a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 1.5-4.5, a compositional distribution parameter Cb of at most 2.00, and a content X (wt.%) of o-chlorobenzene solubles (25°C) in the range: X2.0 in the case when the relationships of formula I hold between d and MFR or in the range satisfying relationships III in the case when the relationships II hold between them, and giving an elution temperature vs. eluate amount curve having a plurality of peaks when fractionated by continuous temperature-rising elution fractionation and 20-80 wt.% ethylene (co)polymer obtained by a radical polymerization process and has a melt tension of 7-20 g.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
