PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a soil cement composite pile composed of soil cement and a hollow tube in the ground by using a triaxial driving device capable of smoothly pushing the hollow tube in the ground. ;SOLUTION: A triaxial driving device constituted of a lifting stand body 1, a lifting frame 13, an inner tube driving device, an outer tube driving device and a hollow tube driving device and constituted so as to be capable of respectively independently optionally setting the rotational direction and a rotating speed of the respective driving devices is used, excavating agitating blades 23, 24, 25, 34, 35, 36 are respectively installed in an inner tube 2 and an outer tube 3 for constituting a double tube type rod, a hardenable material is injected and agitated in excavating earth in a pile hole while excavating the ground, and after being excavated up to the prescribed depth by pushing in a hollow tube 4, the double tube type rod is pulled out of the hollow tube 4, and the hollow tube is left in the ground to produce a soil cement composite pile.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
