PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device for detecting incoming X-rays in radiographing, correcting tube voltage and body thickness by installing plural X-ray detecting means for detecting X-rays transmitted through forming an image with an X-ray image receptor along the incident direction of X-rays. ;SOLUTION: An X-ray image receptor 1 forms an image in such a way that a scintillator 1a is excited with incident X-rays, fluorescence is emitted in a visible range, and a solid sensor array detects the fluorescence. X-ray detectors 2, 3 are composed of a scintillator and a sold optical sensor, and detect X-rays in the same mechanism as the X-ray image receptor 1. The solid optical sensor is a semiconductor light receiving element formed on a glass substrate. Outputs of X-ray detectors 2, 3 are inputted in a dose rate conversion means 4, and an estimate of an incident dose to the X-ray image receptor 1 is outputted from the dose rate conversion means 4. If body thickness depending characteristics and tube voltage depending characteristics show a similar aspect, input of the dose rate conversion means 4 is enough with only two outputs of the X-ray detectors 2, 3 and these two depending characteristics can be corrected at the same time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
