COMMUNICATION PLUG HAVING COMPLEMENTARY CROSSTALK OF HARMONIZED REGULATION LEVEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication plug having uniform crosstalk property which is for continuously complementing crosstalk formed at prior-art jack to optimize rapid data transmission through network. SOLUTION: This communication plug creates a predetermined level of crosstalk for complementing the complementary crosstalk in prior-art jack or connector. The communication plug has an electrical connector assembly provided with a plurality of conductive blade. Each conductive blade is formed to electrically contact with an insulated conductive wire and a jack spring contact. At least two conductive blades are constituted to crossover with each other without electrical contact. The complementary crosstalk is created between the conductive blades in area where the blades are engaged with the jack spring contact and terminal, and transferring delay between crosstalk signal created within the plug and crosstalk signal within the connector is minimized.
