PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently acquire required information while reducing work burdens on a user side for receiving the various kinds of information.;SOLUTION: At the time of receiving electronic mail for providing the various kinds of the information (news information or the like) from a communication unit 28 through the network of the Internet or the like, a server device 12 extracts a keyword from the information and relates and registers the extracted keyword and the information which is the extraction origin of the keyword in the article data base 26a of a data base device 26.
