PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve combustion efficiency in an apparatus for adsorbing or removing foreign substances melted or contained in a fuel by adsorbing and removing combustion obstruction substances dissolved in a liquid fuel such as kerosine oil and light oil and the like, and adsorbing and removing lower high molecular substances contained in vaporized fuel.;SOLUTION: A filler 13 constructed as a stainless raw material mesh is internally in an injection nozzle 11 located at the tip end of a pre-heating tube located below a vaporization combustion tube, and a filter 22 is disposed at the rear of a transfer pump 8 where a liquid fuel tube is located is provided internally in which filler activated carbon is filled and filtration paper is provided therebefore and therebehind.
