ELASTIC WOVEN FABRIC AND CUSHIONING MATERIAL EXCELLENT IN CUSHIONING PROPERTY AND FATIGUE RESISTANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an elastic woven fabric having excellent elasticity and elastic recovery ratio without causing yarn slippage and suitable as a cushioning material by heat-treating a woven fabric containing prescribed amounts of polyether ester-based elastic yarns different in melting points in warp and/weft. ;SOLUTION: A woven fabric containing ≥25 wt.% two or more kinds of monofilament type polyether ester-based elastic yarns different in melting point in warp and/or weft, in which 2-60 wt.% low-melting point polyether ester-based elastic yarn is contained is heat-treated. Thereby, the above low-melting point polyether polyester fiber resin is bonded and solidified so as to be unevenly distributed only in intersecting point part of warp and weft of the woven fabric to provide the objective elastic woven fabric having physical properties in which stress in 10% elongation of either one of warp and weft is 20-50 kg/5 cm and breaking tenacity in warp direction and weft direction is ≥25 kgf/5 cm width and sliding resistance is ≥0.2 kgf.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
