PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel-concrete combined girder having a connector and upper flange formed without welding. ;SOLUTION: This steel-concrete combined girder 10 is formed so that L- section steel material 13 is assembled through a bolt 14 on both sides of a steel girder 11 at a portion apart downward from the top end of a web 11b so as to form an upper flange 11c, and a portion of the web 11b on the upper side of the upper flange 11c is formed as a connector 15.
