PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a terminology data base for water supply and drainage plant which enables an operator to easily and quickly acquire know-how and to perform the operation with a high reliability by this know-how even in the case that the operator doesn't have high-grade know-how. SOLUTION: A terminology data base 11 indicating terms, which are related to equipment, phenomena, and operation management of water supply and drainage plants, and contents of terms in a data base system for water supply and drainage plant is comprised of a general description part 12, which corresponds to water supply and drainage plants where an object is not specified, and a know-how description part 13 which is applied to only water supply and drainage plants where an object is specified.
