PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which is capable of automatically regulating the exposure, etc., of photographic paper in real time in order to deal with a change in the temperature of a digital micromirror device for an exposure device, etc., using the digital micromirror device.;SOLUTION: The manipulation characteristic of the device 10 is automatically corrected in real time in accordance with the temperature (device temperature) of the device 10 measured by a temperature measuring instrument 21, by which the exposure of the photographic paper is maintained at a correct value in an exposure processing section (exposure device) of the digital print device using the device 10. Then, the temperature compensation for the exposure of the photographic paper is made extremely easy. There is not more need for subjecting the photographic paper to sampling output and the need for a special device for analyzing the print subjected to the sampling output is eliminated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
