NEW QUALITY SYSTEM FOR COMMODITY DEVELOPMENT AND METHOD FOR EVALUATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THIS SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the precision of business and to early develop a commodity by standardizing conceptions and methods of evaluation in four stages to perform the information processing in accordance with a fixed rule and feeding back information to a system in real time to make stages consistent with one another by a control center. ;SOLUTION: A new quality system is created which is comprised of a quality development sub-system (stages 1 and 2), a fault analysis sub-system (stages 3-1 and 3-2), and the control center which controls these four stages. A quality evaluation method in each stage and its evaluation measure are clarified. Language information as the base of stage evaluation is standardized. Standardized language information is subjected to information processing in accordance with the fixed rule and is fed back to the system in real time to trade off the cost quality. Thus, the stages are made consistent with one another, and the cost quality is optimized and the precision is raised to efficiently perform business.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
