PERCUTANEOUS ABSORPTION PREPARATION OF THROMBOXANE A2 RECEPTOR ANTAGONIST

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a percutaneous absorption preparation which maintains the concentration of an antagonist in blood, reduces adverse drug reactions, permits the expansion of adaptation diseases and is useful as a wound therapeutic agent or the like by including a specific antagonist.;SOLUTION: This percutaneous absorption preparation is obtained by including (A) thromboxane A2 receptor antagonist. The ingredient A is dissolved or dispersed at a concentration of 1-100 mg in 1 g of a base. The ingredient A is preferably a compound of the formula, its salt or their hydrates. The above preparation is preferably prepared by the use of an aqueous or oily base. As the aqueous base, a lower alcohol (e.g. isopropanol), a polyol (e.g. propylene glycol) or purified water is preferably used. As the oily base, a lipophilic alcohol (e.g. benzyl alcohol) or a higher fatty acid ester is preferably used. The above preparation is preferably used as a therapeutic agent for wound, allergic rhinitis, asthma, antithrombus or myocardial infarction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
