PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber powder containing a finely powdered filler in a very high filling ratio by co-precipitating a rubber and a filler from a suspension of a rubber containing an oxide filler or silicate filler modified with a specified organosilicon compound and/or carbon black.;SOLUTION: The organic silicon compound is represented by formula I, II, or III. In formula I to III, B is -SCN or the like (q=1) or -Sx- (q=2); R and R1 are each a 1-4C alkyl or the like; n is 0, 1 or 2; Alk is a 1-6C divalent hydrocarbon group; m is 0 or 1; Ar is a 6-12C arylene; p is 0 or 1; and x is 2-8. The rubber powder contains 250-5,000 phr of a synthetic filler, 350-5,000 phr of a natural filler, or 250-5,000 phr of carbon black, and the total amount of the fillers does not exceed 5,000 phr. The rubber and the filler are co- precipitated from a suspension of a rubber containing the fillers by adding a water-soluble salt of a metal of group of IIa, IIIa or the like in the periodic table to the suspension.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
