PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-situ permeability test method capable of in-situ measuring the coefficient of permeability easily in short time without requiring a special device and a permeability coefficient measuring device used for the test method.;SOLUTION: A penetrant 5 pressurized to a specified pressure by a pressuring device 3 having a pressuring pump 7 is penetrated into a measurement medium 1 for measuring the coefficient of permeability. An electric resistance R between a reference electrode 8 buried in the ground surface of the measurement medium 1 and a surface electrode 2D buried to a specified depth of the measurement medium 1 is measured by an electric resistance measuring device 10. Then, using a penetrant 5 filling start time t0, a time t1 at which the penetrant 5 arrives at the surface electrode 2D, predetermined electrode distance L, and a pressure (h) of the pressuring pump 7, the coefficient of permeability (k) is calculated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
