PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output device, a transmission device, a reception device and the communication system for a PN system, an output method, a transmission method and a reception method for the PN system and an information recording medium. ;SOLUTION: The output device 101 of a PN system outputs the PN system of length N (1N), which is generated by a Chebyshev's polynomial T (a, cos)=cos(a) on an integer a (2a). A reception part 102 receives the S (1S) pieces of system initial values X1, X2,... Xs of a real number which are each above '-1' and below '1' and the degree p1, p2,..., ps of S-pieces of an integer which is not less than '2'. A calculation part 103 calculates the pseudo random noise system z[1], z[2],..., and z[N] of length N by the system initial value, the degree and a recurrence formula xj[1]=Xj; xj[m+1]=T(pj, xj[m]); z[n]=IIj1ST((pj, xj[n]) on integers j(1jS), m(1mN-1) and n(1nN).
