PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a hollow slab form and a slab structural reinforcement from swelling up by installing a long nut on a steel bar worked in a hook shape according to a shape of a form lower part fastener with a male screw and the slab structural reinforcement.;SOLUTION: A through hole is bored in a floor frame, meanwhile a form fastener 1 with a male screw or an integrally molded form fastener 1 with a male screw for fixing both end male screw-shaped shaft legs to a form fastener is manufactured, and the screw 2 is inserted to be connected/fixed to a long nut 3 of a metal fitting for installing the metallic or hard plastic long nut 3 on a steel bar 4 worked in a hook shape. A hook part of the metal fitting is hooked on an optimal place for preventing swell of an upper end structural reinforcement or a lower end structural reinforcement. The long nut 3 is adjusted so as to always come to a position in a state of being embedded in slab concrete by adjusting a position of the metal fitting and the length of the screw 2 to thereby eliminate removing work of a form upper part fastener after slab concrete placing work to attain efficiency and labor reduction of work.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
