PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high exhaust emission control performance by pulverizing natural radium ore springing out of a hot spring and deposited and accumulated, into fine powder, kneading the fine powder and an aqueous solution comprising a polymer and water or the like to obtain natural radium ore, and setting the natural radium ore sealed in an aluminum sheet of bag shape, to an intake system. SOLUTION: In manufacturing an exhaust emission reducing aluminum sheet, natural radium ore springing out of a hot spring and deposited and accumulated is crushed into a granular state by a crusher and then pulverized into fine powder by a ball mill. An aqueous solution comprising a polymer being a high absorbent and water, or the polymer and spring water is added to the fine powder of natural radium ore and kneaded to obtain natural radium ore 2 in the kneaded state. This natural radium ore 2 is put in an aluminum sheet 3 of bag shape, and a cover part 3A of the bag is thermocompression-bonded and sealed to obtain an exhaust emission reducing aluminum sheet 1 which is a final product. This sheet 1 is used being installed in an appropriate part of an engine intake system to reduce CO and HC in exhaust emission.
