PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas security panel that transmits a actually set parameter to a terminal to a central monitor center.;SOLUTION: A central monitor center I and the gas security panel 20 provided to a terminal II are interconnected via a telephone line and the gas security panel 20 is connected to a terminal 23 such as a gas meter. The gas security panel 20 receives a parameter downloaded from the central monitor center I, replies the central monitor center I and sets the parameter to the terminal 23. The central monitor center I requests the gas security panel 20 to return data and the gas security panel 20 returns contents of the set parameter to the central monitor center I in response to the data return request.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
