PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time from an HTML data adding request until actual addition of data by transferring contents data to the side of a server device, receivingly it by the side of the server device to apply to a screen format to generate HTML data corresponding to a display screen.;SOLUTION: Registration requesting operation 205 designates contents data of characters, a picture, etc., in the contents data storing part of a client device and requests transmission of them to a server device. Contents data transmission processing 206 transmit-processes contents data from a contents data transmission part. Contents data storing processing 207 stores contents data received from the client device in the contents data storing part of the server device.
