PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely perform a snow removing work by connectively arranging a snow removing device with a sensor on the front part of a vehicle, and constituting a part of the snow removing device so as to avoid the damage by collision in the position of a constant position stop device. SOLUTION: A snow removing device to be arranged at the tip of a single rail carrying machine M is connected to a power vehicle M1 with a coupler C having an overload sensor S integrated thereto being arranged between them, and it comprises a snow removing skirt 5 arranged on a wheel unit. The snow removing skirt 5 removes the snow of the load within the set value of the sensor S, and when a load exceeding the set value is sensed, an engine is immediately cut to stop the traveling of the carrying machine M, so that the damage of the carrying machine M or a rail is avoided. In the position of a constant position stop device, a part of the snow removing skirt 5 is divided and passed through the upward rotation by running on the rail by a guide rail arranged along a rail part in a bypass form to prevent the damage of the device by the contact of the snow removing skirt 5 with the constant position stop device, so that a continuous snow removing operation can be performed.
