PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot for cargo loading which can prevent the falling down of the robot and load the cargo stably by offsetting the weight uneven distribution generated at the loading time of the cargo on a loading plate. SOLUTION: A robot for cargo loading has a loading part 40 provided on a robot main body 10 and a balancer 50 for offsetting the weight uneven distribution of the loading part 40. The loading part 40 is provided with loading plates 41, 42, 43 which can move from a fixed part 30 on the robot main body 10 to the loading position of the outside of the robot main body 10. When they 41, 42, 43 are moved to the loading position, the balancer 50 is moved to the direction opposite to the moving direction of the loading plates 41, 42, 43 along therewith.
